These three deliverables present the core empirical findings of CARE4CARE’s Work Package 4. They combine large-scale quantitative data with qualitative insights to assess care workers’ well-being across six EU countries. Together, they map stressors, job satisfaction, working conditions, and structural challenges, and translate these results into practical recommendations for policymakers, employers, and social partners.
